Interesting AWD Pricing Tidbit
SD member fauxreals posts:

Do you guys have tips on finding a good AWD price on a specific item you want? If I follow the price of the new item sold by Amazon does that have any indication that the AWD price will go down? For instance, the item I want is usually around $375 new from Amazon, but it just dropped to $275 new from Amazon. However all the AWD deals for very good and like new are still sitting at 300-350$, so the item is now selling for $50 less new from amazon than like new from amazon! So is there no correlation?

Then follows-up with an answer to his own question:

I asked a friend who works on their software team and he said they don't always correlate. The most common reason is the ones they are selling at AWD are returns that were originally sold by a FBA seller. When they're returned they went into AWD but the prices will correspond to that seller's price and not Amazon's which makes sense. Just to kinda answer my question in case it's useful information for anyone here.
