Is your order missing parts?
I ordered Hape - Happy Hour Clock - Time Learning Puzzle from AWD.  It arrived with a tear in the packaging and the "8" was missing.

Amazon offered a full refund if I shipped it back, but I didn't want to send the whole thing back just for one missing piece.  I emailed Hape and they replied within a a couple hours:
